Steven Pippin has more than two decades of publishing experience in consumer and trade magazines with a particular emphasis on mission-driven and enthusiast titles.  A veteran of both circulation and general magazine operations, he has worked successfully for titles and organizations as diverse as the design magazines Print and I.D. (where he served as publisher), Horticulture, Sail, Shutterbug, Microsoft's MS Systems Journal, and Nation's Restaurant News, as well as the Atlantic Monthly, Commentary, and Out (where he served as the company's president).
